For agencies and freelancers

Send clients a link, get paid properly.

Deposits, milestones and final invoices: create a link for the exact amount in the client’s currency and send it with your invoice.

The problem

What gets in the way of being paid.

Bank transfers are slow and error-prone

Clients mistype references, international transfers cost both sides, and you chase what has arrived.

Several clients, several businesses

You may bill through more than one company, or run payments for clients who want their own records.

Who changed what, and when

When a team handles money, you need a record of every change that nobody can quietly edit.

How it works

Three steps, no code required.

  1. 1

Create a link for the amount

Set the description to the invoice number and the currency to the client’s: USD, EUR, GBP and CAD.

  2. 2

    Send it with your invoice

Email it, add it to the PDF, or show the QR code on a call. The client pays by card, wallet or bank.

  3. 3

    Track it to payout

See when it is paid, refund if needed, and let Stripe pay it out to your bank.

One workspace per business

Create an organization for each company you bill through, each with its own team, payouts and audit log.

An audit trail

Every change to the organization, its members and its links is recorded with who, when and from where.

Cards, wallets and local methods

Stripe Checkout offers each customer what suits them: cards, Apple Pay, Link, Klarna, Affirm, iDEAL, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, MB WAY and Pay by Bank.

Refunds in a click

Refund in full or in part from the Payments page. Both fees and every refund are shown on each payment.

Accounts that hold up

Two-factor sign-in, Argon2id passwords and an audit log nobody can rewrite, including us.

Payouts by Stripe

Stripe verifies your business once and pays your share to your bank. Track payouts in your Stripe Express dashboard.

Worked example

A $100.00 payment

Customer pays
$100.00
Stripe’s processing fee (2.9% + $0.30)
− $3.20
Axivo’s fee (5%)
− $5.00
You receive
$91.80

Stripe’s fee here is its published standard rate for a US business and a US card. Premium and international cards, methods such as Klarna and currency conversion cost more. Your dashboard shows the actual fee on every payment.

Straight answers

What it does and doesn’t do.

Can a link be paid only once?

A link can be paid more than once. Archive it after the client pays and it stops taking payments, with its history kept.

Does Axivo issue invoices or handle tax?

No. Keep issuing invoices as you do now and add the payment link to them.

Where can my business be based?

Businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, Switzerland and Canada can be paid out by Stripe.
